Taulbs Inc. Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Product Returns: We accept returns on products within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.2 Event Registration: Refunds for event registrations are available up to 15 days before the scheduled event date. After this period, no refunds will be issued for event registrations.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Contact Us: To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at go@taulbs.com. Provide your order number and details about the product or event registration.

2.2 Approval: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product or process the refund for event registrations.

2.3 Return Shipping: If applicable, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items
